专利摘要:
A pocket-folder comprises a sheet of cardboard 2 folded along a crease line 2a, the sides of the pocket being formed by folded strips 4. To assist in production, the strips are glued along the whole length of the sheet 2 while flat, and the unwanted folds are glued together at 8, 15. One half of the sheet 2 may be extended to form a fold-over closing flap. <IMAGE>

The invention relates to the manufacture of packages, in particular for flat objects.
There are known methods for producing packaging for flat boards that provide for feeding continuous cardboard strips placed one on another and gluing them to form a section of paper strip protruding beyond the edges of the cardboard strip, followed by cutting the blanks and folding them in the transverse direction C13 and 2}.
However, the known methods are complex and do not ensure the continuity of the manufacture of packages.
The purpose of the invention is the simplification of the method.
The goal is achieved in that according to the method of supplying continuous strips of cardboard and paper arranged one above the other, gluing the latter with the formation of a piece of paper / i strip protruding beyond the edges of the cardboard strip, followed by cutting the blanks and folding them in the transverse direction , before cutting the outer edge of the paper strip located on the cardboard strip, an adhesive is applied at intervals, then the paper strip is folded in the longitudinal direction from to the following connection of its edges with adhesive coating, and. folding the workpiece in the transverse direction is carried out by first applying an adhesive substance to the surface of the folded strips and then joining the upper part of the folded strip.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a device for carrying out the method proposed, side view; on . FIG. 2 - the same plan view; in fig. 3 - made packaging.
The continuous cardboard strip 1 is pulled out by the rollers 2 of the accumulator, and the continuous paper strips 3 are pulled out by the rollers 4 from the other drive. The positions of the rolls 2 and 4 are chosen such that the strips 3 of the paper protrude beyond the edges of the cardboard strip. In section 5, using a spray or other device for applying glue to the edges of the cardboard strip 1, a layer of glue is applied and joined with strips 3, skip them through rolls 6. Then a layer 7 is applied to the outer surface of the edge of the paper strips 3 and. adhesive substance so that the space with 2 glue and the space without glue alternate. The length of the space T. with glue corresponds to the length
- side edge of the finished package.
The paper strips are folded twice in the longitudinal direction with the subsequent joining of their edges, having an adhesive coating, by passing through the rolls 8, which compress the strips 3 and cause their adhesion in the places of application of the adhesive layer 7. In places where there is no layer 7, and which correspond to the length of 2 adhesive layers
0, the folded edges of the strips 3 do not adhere. The strip thus obtained is fed at a constant speed onto the cutting roll 9, the Blade 10 cuts the strip on the roll 11 into blanks,
5, the length of which corresponds to the circumference of the roll 9. In order for each cut piece to have a length of 2 and the glue is provided with glue seams and a length for which glue
0 has not been applied, the gluing work is synchronized with the rotational movement of the cutting roll 9, in which case the glue is applied during the first half turn of the roll 9,
5 a During the second half is not served.
Directly behind the cutting shaft 9 there is another gluing area where a layer 12 of sticky is applied onto the surface of the folded strips 3
0 substances that can be nonfreegely or alternating. After cutting into the workpieces, the folding blade .13, located across the web, moves downward, moving
5 in the middle part of the workpiece, with that part of the workpiece that is provided with an adhesive layer, 7 remains on one side of it, and a part of the workpiece without an adhesive layer is placed on
0 other. The folding blade 13 is folded with the mating elements 14 and rollers 15. With the passage of the workpiece between the rollers 15, the final is completed. adhesion of its edges due to the presence of a layer of 12 glue. The absence of a layer of 7 glue on the surface is folded in two strips 3, bonded to the surface of the other side of the strips 3,
0 allows the package to be opened as shown in FIG. 3
In the produced packaging strip
Paper 3 is folded into four layers one on top of a sheet with the help of longitudinal 16 and transverse 17 fold lines. Thanks to the proposed method, only one of these four
the layers are glued to one side half of the cardboard strip 1 by means of the laminated layer 18 obtained in the first gluing section. The other three layers of strip 3 are glued to the other.
half carton 1. This is a mix
This is achieved by using three adhesive layers 18, 7 and 12, which are obtained in three gluing areas.
The economic effect of introducing the invention is to increase I productivity in the manufacture of packages as a result of the simplification of the method.
